I've been having way too much fun editing pictures here lately. Here are just a few of the newer ones. Seriously, I should be doing homework instead of GIMPing.

4 months...

We've hit the four month mark. It's hard. Not the planning. Not the thinking about what's happening after graduation and such. No, it's hard knowing that the man I'm going to spend forever with is an hour away, living with someone else right now, and just getting to experience life without me.

For instance, carving pumpkins. That sounds really lame, but he had never done it before. And as much as I wanted to be there for it, he did it with Jenn, and another girl from the nursing program. Little things get to me. I want to be the one that watches movies with him at night. I want to be the one that he grocery shops with. She's getting to experience the things that I want to be there for. And even though it's only four more months of it (really only 2 if I find a job in Asheville, because then we can hang out), that's longer than I want it to be.

This wasn't supposed to be such a blah post, but that's how I feel about it all right now. I just want to be experiencing life with my best friend, not having to talk about it every night on the phone.

At least I'm not crying about it today.
